Rooted in the Benedictine tradition of hospitality, SaMMA embodies the Gospel call to “welcome the stranger” (Matthew 25:35). SaMMA Restaurant is a Catholic-owned establishment under the Diocese of Sunyani, dedicated to providing wholesome, delicious meals in an atmosphere of faith, peace, and community. The name “SaMMA” reflects the spirit of service and communion that defines this unique dining experience.
Before each day’s service, staff gather for a moment of prayer, entrusting their work to God. The restaurant features sacred art, Scripture verses on the walls, and quiet background music that nourishes the soul. A small prayer corner is available for guests who wish to pause and give thanks.
